All goods have been described as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur with colour reproduction.  Liability for claims shall not exceed the cost of the goods.  Refer to our Returns & Refunds if you are at all unhappy with the goods you have recieved.  This does not effect your statuatory rights.

Privacy & Security

You can shop with confidence on our website.  All payments are processed through PayPal, with over 150 million accounts worldwide PayPal is one of the most secure ways to shop online.  You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to shop with us, just follow the simple instuctions when you checkout.  As all payments are processed through Paypal and details of the order are fowarded to us we do not see or store your financial details, only your personal details.  Paypal is responsible for all your Credit or Debit Card information, please visit their website at www.paypal.co.uk for further information. 

At North West Pets we treat your personal details with the utmost respect, we observe the code of practice covering the use of personal data under the Data Protection Act 1984 and subsequent articles of notification to the Information Commissioner.  We will never knowingly pass your details on to any third party.

North West Pets cannot be held responsible for the content of any 3rd party links.

Delivery

North West Pets will despatch your goods within 1-5 working days providing they are in stock. If goods are not received within 21 days, contact us direct and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.

Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages/shortages reported to us within 24hours. 

Carriers used for order delivery

We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Royal Mail and Parcelforce. In addition, some of the items we sell are despatched directly from the manufacturer. These items will be delivered separately by the manufacturer's own couriers.

Collecting your order in store

It is possible for customers in Preston to order from the Website and pick up from the store after 48hrs after payment is recieved.  We advise the customer to call to confirm the product is ready for collection

What if you're not in when we deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

International deliveries

We cannot deliver outside the UK, including BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.

Pricing

North West Pets reserves the right to change their prices at any time and without notice.

Retail store prices may vary with online prices.

All "Special offers / Prices" are limited to stock availability and can be removed at anytime.

We will always try to update stock availability on our site but can not guarantee stock availability. Out of stock orders will be refunded in full.
